Mustering up the energy and the will to work out doesn't come easy for everyone. We all have our highs and lows with working out but, the bottom line is, staying active is crucial for a healthy life. You have to put in the work to get the results you want. Don't have time to get active? MAKE time. In the long run, if you take care of yourself now, you will have the health to conquer all the other activities of life. As reiterated in our last fitness oriented email, make "a healthier version of yourself "be your ultimate goal and your "why".

Block out time for fitness. For the next week, actually pencil in a work-out in your calendar/planner - don't wait for the spark of motivation or energy to come. If you are busy with work from 9-5pm, then plan your work out at 8am or 6pm or whenever in the day works best...You get the gist... just plan for it and take action!
